Travis Trueblood

Travis W. Trueblood, LL.M., is the founding partner of the Trueblood Law Group, P.A. He practices in the areas of Indian law, civil and criminal litigation, real estate, agricultural law, corporate law and government relations.

Mr. Trueblood, who is an enrolled tribal member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, Federal District Courts and Tribal Courts. He is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the District of Columbia.

During his career, Mr. Trueblood has represented more than 30 tribes, including the successful restoration of a formerly terminated tribe. He is active in the legal community and has served on several committees for the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar. Mr. Trueblood is an adjunct professor of Indian Law at Florida State University and an officer in the United States Navy Reserve.
