Payment for your Membership has two options. You can Pay via PayPal below or mail your payment to the address, also listed below:

For membership payment, you may mail a check with the form, or pay online. The different options for online payment are listed below.

Regular Membership : $50.00 per year. All persons who are enrolled members of any Indian tribe or band, or persons who are recognized by their Indian community of residence or origin as being Indian, Alaska Native or Hawaiian, and who have graduated from a school of law or have been admitted to any other bar association. Regular members shall pay dues, and shall be eligible to vote and hold office in the NNABA, and shall have all other rights, privileges, and duties attendant to NNABA membership.

 

Associate Membership : $20.00 per year. All persons who are enrolled members of any Indian tribe or band, or persons who are recognized by their Indian community of residence or origin as being Indian, Alaska Native or Hawaiian, and who are law students or who have regular assignments or duties as advocates, prosecutors, or judicial officers in tribal courts. Associate members shall pay dues, shall neither vote nor hold office in the NNABA (except the president of NNALSA who is automatically a voting member of the NNABA board of Directors), but shall have all other rights, privileges, and duties attendant to a NNABA membership.

 

 

Special Membership : $50.00 per year. All persons not eligible for regular or associate membership who hold judicial office, teach, or participate in judicial proceedings relating to Native Americans. Special members shall pay dues, shall neither vote nor hold office in the NNABA, but shall have all other rights, privileges and duties attendant to a NNABA membership.

 

 

Chapter Membership : $100.00 per year. Local bar associations recognized by the Board of Directors as a chapter of NNABA. Chapter members shall pay dues, and shall have one representative that holds a voting position on the Board of Directors of the NNABA.
